What began as a modest 1,300-square-foot one-story home has been fully reimagined into a spacious and modern retreat, designed with both comfort and style in mind. The transformation introduces 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a one-car garage, making it ideal for today’s lifestyle. Inside, the home is boasting with architectural character from coffered ceilings to a color-drenched office to thoughtful lighting design throughout the home.

Victoria

After sitting vacant for nearly 15 years, this property in Springfield has been completely reimagined—stripped down to its bones and rebuilt into a fresh, modern home designed for today’s lifestyle. The finished residence offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with thoughtful spaces that blend style and function. A dedicated laundry/mudroom combo, outfitted with built-in benches and hooks, provides the perfect landing zone for busy households. Upstairs, a secondary living area with two integrated desks creates an ideal environment for homework, creative projects, or remote work.

Del Ray Basement Refresh

This Del Ray townhome basement was elevated with a thoughtful renovation that redefined the laundry and bathroom space. By reworking the layout, we introduced privacy where none existed before, while also improving flow and functionality. Clean lines, fresh finishes, and intentional detailing now make the lower level feel cohesive and inviting.

South Arlington Screened-In Porch

We built a serene screened-in porch addition for a client in South Arlington, dramatically expanding the living space of their townhouse. Designed for year-round use, the space is outfitted with ceiling fans for warm summer days and heaters for cozy winter evenings. As our signature touch, we finished the ceiling in a light-blue Charleston-inspired color, adding timeless charm and character. The result is a versatile retreat that enhances both the comfort and value of their home.

Williamsburg

This classic center hall colonial in North Arlington was a rare find, and we knew it deserved more than a surface-level renovation. We preserved its original architectural charm while thoughtfully restoring the interior to feel timeless and functional. With careful attention to detail—from elegant trimwork to a sophisticated, reimagined primary bathroom—this home now honors its historic character with renewed purpose.

This Del Ray townhome renovation blends classic charm with custom details rarely found in the neighborhood. A Charleston-inspired palette of soft blues carries through the home, complemented by a custom painted kitchen island and carefully curated lighting design. The result is a warm, welcoming space with character and craftsmanship at every turn.

For this Del Ray townhome, we refreshed the exterior with a whitewashed brick finish that brightens its curb appeal while staying true to its classic roots. A rear addition allowed us to expand the kitchen and add a deck—perfect for indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs, the new space made way for a serene primary bedroom retreat complete with a walk-in closet, bringing both comfort and function to this thoughtfully updated home.

Wesmond

This 1942 townhome in Lynnhaven was thoughtfully renovated to enhance both functionality and charm. We added a new bathroom in the basement and opened up the main level to expand the kitchen and improve flow into the living space. Inspired by the timeless elegance of Charleston, soft blue accents on the porch ceiling and front door carry through to the tilework inside, lending a cohesive and inviting character throughout the home.

16th Street

We renovated this 1954 home in Belle View with a focus on timeless design and improved livability. Outdated features like carpeted bathrooms were removed, and we created a spacious primary suite with an en suite bath. By opening up the kitchen and living areas, we maximized natural light and flow, giving this single-story home a fresh yet classic feel.

Nestled among the trees of the Dora Kelley Nature Park, this ranch home was completely transformed through a full interior renovation. We brought the layout and finishes up to modern-day standards while preserving the home’s original charm and connection to its natural surroundings. The result is a bright, functional, and welcoming space that reflects contemporary living within a classic framework.
