To help guide design decisions, clients select from one of our three custom home lines — Classic, Signature, or Legacy — each tailored to different budgets and levels of finishes. A Letter from the Founder
“I can cut it for you, but not edge it,” said 4th grade me to a potential lawn care customer more than two decades ago. Back then, my parents let me use the family mower for my first business venture, but– maybe because it was as tall as me– the weed whacker was off limits. I secured the job: $30 a yard, and I paid a couple friends $10 each to actually mow. An entrepreneur was born.
By the way, to address a stubborn rumor: Yes, I did go to college! In fact, I went to my construction management class three times before I sold my teacher a house for $380K. While I didn’t technically finish that class, or get a degree, I did go on to sell him a dozen more properties, growing his side hustle and launching my own career in real estate. To be fair, I always knew where I was headed. Three months after graduating high school I earned my real estate license. Within three years I was moving north of 40 million dollars worth of properties a year with a staff of three.
Along the way I got into the flipping game myself, and as the analyst for several institutional-scale investors, gained invaluable experience in both commercial and private renovation with countless spec deals.
I’m sharing all this because, while I have a face that can still get me carded in bars, I want you to know that I also have the knowledge, passion and experience to help you make the best decisions about your build to ensure both livability and a healthy ROI.
