The Build Process

From your first consultation to the moment we hand you the keys, our process is designed to be transparent, organized, and enjoyable.

Step 1 — Lot Feasibility. Whether you already own a lot in Alexandria, are considering a teardown-and-rebuild, or need help finding the right property, we’ll start by evaluating the site’s possibilities and any limitations. Step 6 — Closing. Before we hand the home to you, we’ll do a final walkthrough and discuss the warranty plans included with every Character house.
